Announcing the 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 Honorees

Matthew Laken is the fourth-generation CEO of Cramers Uniforms, the family business founded in 1926 that today outfits and uplifts more than 130 schools across Philadelphia and Delaware. Under his leadership, Cramers has grown into far more than a uniform company — building partnerships with 20+ corporate and community organizations, championing scholarship and opportunity for students, and reaching its 100th anniversary in 2026. Recognized as a Changemaker of the Year and honored with a Philadelphia City Council Citation, Laken leads with a simple belief that has guided four generations: when you outfit people with confidence, you change what they believe is possible.
